Cancellation / Refund
Cancellations and Changes
For all appointments, whether booked online or in a clinic, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to the appointment date or time. If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a ‘Cancellation Fee’ or ‘No Show Fee’. At our discretion, this may include:
- Retaining your deposit (if a prepaid deposit is on file).
- Retaining one prepaid treatment (if you have any prepaid treatments on file).
- Charging you 50% of the regular retail price (RRP) of your treatment.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind.
Refunds may be provided in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection laws.
At our discretion, we may also offer a refund if we determine that the treatments you purchased cannot be provided to you (e.g., if your skin type is unsuitable for the treatment).
Prepaid Packages
If you pre-pay for a package of treatments, refunds for the entire package will not be provided unless required by Canadian Consumer Protection laws.
Client Responsibility
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for everyone. While we exercise due care and skill in treating our clients, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine if a product or treatment is right for you.
To ensure we provide you with the best possible service, it is essential that you provide all requested information on consent forms and inform us of any factors that may affect your treatment. You should also have realistic expectations about the results of your treatment. We encourage you to work closely with your therapist or health professional to understand what you can achieve with your treatment.
