Body skin is not one surface. A back, a pair of upper arms and the skin over an abdomen behave differently enough that the same platform gets set up differently on each, which is why this menu splits into laser and device work, shaping, and body facials instead of running as one list.
| Area | What the skin there is dealing with | What we run on it |
|---|---|---|
| Back and shoulders | Thick skin with plenty of oil glands, under clothing most of the day, so congestion here behaves nothing like congestion on a cheek | A back facial for the congestion, laser hair removal where hair is the driver |
| Glutes | Covered, warm and constantly under friction, which is the combination that produces bumps and ingrown hairs rather than true acne | A booty facial, with laser hair removal where the follicle is the problem |
| Abdomen and flanks | The one place most likely to carry a stubborn pocket and stretched skin at the same time, so answering one and ignoring the other disappoints | Body contouring and Body FX for the pocket, tightening work for the envelope over it, sequenced rather than stacked |
| Upper arms | Thin, sun-exposed, and the first place most people notice crepe rather than bulk | Radiofrequency tightening, with Aerolase where the complaint is tone and redness rather than texture |
| Neck, chest and decolletage | Thin skin carrying years of unprotected sun, ageing on a different schedule from the face above it | Aerolase for tone and redness, and needling with radiofrequency where the change has to reach depth |
| Anywhere with unwanted hair | Follicle depth and hair thickness change across the body, so the settings and the number of sessions change with them | InMode Diolaze XL, with course length set by the area and the hair |
Contouring refines a defined pocket in someone already close to their goal weight. It is not a weight loss treatment and we will say so at the consult. Every course here is sized to the surface area involved rather than sold as a fixed package, consultations are free, and the live menu is on our price list.
Body treatments in Toronto, on platforms that earn their place
Body work covers three goals: removing unwanted hair, reducing stubborn fat and loose skin, and improving the skin itself. We run these on medical grade platforms, InMode, Venus, and Aerolase, and every treatment starts with a consultation so the plan is matched to your body and your timeline rather than sold as a fixed package.
Laser hair removal for every skin tone
Our laser hair removal runs on the InMode Diolaze platform, which is safe and effective across the full range of skin tones, including deeper skin that older lasers struggled with. Hair grows in cycles, so a course of sessions spaced several weeks apart is what delivers lasting reduction, and we will give you a realistic session estimate for your area and hair type up front.
Body contouring and fat reduction
For stubborn pockets of fat and mild skin laxity, body contouring uses radiofrequency and targeted energy to reduce fat and tighten skin without surgery or downtime. These treatments suit areas that resist diet and exercise, such as the abdomen, flanks, and upper arms. They are a refinement tool for people already close to their goal, not a weight loss program, and we will tell you honestly whether you are a good candidate.
Skin tightening and skin quality on the body
Skin on the body ages too, and radiofrequency tightening and Aerolase laser can improve crepey texture, tone, and redness on the neck, chest, and limbs. For deeper remodeling, radiofrequency microneedling reaches the same body areas it treats on the face. We sequence these alongside any contouring so the skin keeps pace with the change underneath.
How we plan body treatments
Body results come from the right protocol repeated consistently, not from a single miracle session. We set expectations clearly, estimate the number of sessions, and book a maintenance cadence that fits your life. Treatments are performed by our trained clinical team under medical director Dr. John David Henneberry-Fudge, MD FRCPC.
What body treatments cost
Hair removal and body protocols are quoted per session, with course pricing where a series gives the best value. Consultations are free and come with a written plan. The full, live menu is on our price list.
Body treatments FAQ
Is laser hair removal safe for dark skin?
Yes. The Diolaze platform we use is designed to treat the full range of skin tones safely, which is not true of every laser, so technique and settings matter.
Will body contouring help me lose weight?
No. It refines specific areas of fat and skin laxity in people already near their goal weight. It is a contouring tool, not a weight loss treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
Hair removal usually takes a course of several sessions because hair grows in cycles. Contouring and skin treatments also work best as a short series. We give you a specific estimate at your consult.
Is there downtime?
Most body treatments have little to no downtime. You may have temporary redness or mild swelling, which we will walk you through.
Ready to look into it properly?
Our consultation is free. We will look at your skin, give you an honest recommendation, and say so if a different treatment would suit you better.
