Bar Beauty Medical is an authorised InMode clinic. We run four InMode attachments in-house: Forma, Body FX, Morpheus8 and Diolaze XL. Face, neck, body, or hair removal. Which one you actually need is something we sort out at the consult, since the right tool depends on your skin.

InMode is a platform rather than a single machine, so the useful question is not which brand a clinic bought but which settings it runs. Four attachments sit at 46 Fort York Blvd: Forma, Morpheus 8, Body FX and Diolaze XL. Four things about how we run them changed between 2024 and 2026, and every change came from the same place, matching the setting to the patient rather than to the device.

What changed in our InMode protocols between 2024 and 2026
What we changed The change What it means for a booking
Morpheus 8 depth From one default of 2 to 3 mm across the whole face to 1 to 2 mm around the eyes and forehead and 3 to 4 mm at the jawline and submentum Your face is treated as several different thicknesses in one session rather than as a single surface.
Which laser does your hair removal Split by phototype instead of by device preference Diolaze XL at 810 nm for Fitzpatrick I to IV, Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm for V and VI. A booking spanning both runs on both inside one course.
Pigment, sun damage and vascular work Split between the Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm and the InMode Lumecca IPL, chosen by phototype and by what is on the skin rather than by which room is free Aerolase is available across every Fitzpatrick type, works on tanned skin and is the one we use for melasma, and it can be run in summer. Lumecca is faster on discrete brown lesions and fine surface vessels, on Fitzpatrick I to III and case by case at IV, and needs four weeks with no sun before it.
Body FX sessions Ten minutes of manual lymphatic drainage added to each one A slightly longer appointment, aimed at clearing fat metabolites rather than at the radiofrequency itself.

FaceTite, BodyTite and AccuTite are InMode products we do not own. If a case needs one of them we refer rather than substitute something else from the platform. Lumecca, InMode’s IPL, is now one of ours. It is offered on Fitzpatrick I to III, case by case at IV with a test patch, and it is not offered at V or VI. Pricing is confirmed at the free consultation.

Forma (face RF tightening)

Bipolar RF for skin tightening on the face and neck. Comfortable, no downtime, ideal for early laxity, jowls, and a soft sub-mental contour.

Body FX (body RF + vacuum)

Combines RF, deep heating, and vacuum to firm crepey skin and break up cellulite on the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and bra-line.

Morpheus8 (RF microneedling)

Fractional RF energy delivered through ultra-fine pins. Remodels deep collagen, tightens skin, and refines texture and acne scars. Safe on all skin tones.

Diolaze XL (diode laser hair removal)

810 nm diode with contact cooling and a large treatment spot, so backs, legs and other big areas move quickly. We run it for hair removal on Fitzpatrick I to IV. Darker tones go on the Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm instead, because 1064 nm is absorbed far less strongly by the melanin in the epidermis.

Lumecca (IPL for pigment and vascular)

A xenon flashlamp, not a laser, filtered to 515 to 1200 nm with a narrower 580 to 1200 nm option, delivered in millisecond pulses through a chilled sapphire window. It is the fastest tool we have on freckles, solar lentigines, poikiloderma of Civatte, rosacea redness and fine facial telangiectasia, and it treats brown and red in the same pass. The limit is real and we hold to it: Lumecca is offered on Fitzpatrick I to III, case by case at IV with a test patch, and it is not offered at V or VI. We do not use it for melasma. Those cases go on the Aerolase.

What InMode makes that we do not run

InMode also builds FaceTite, BodyTite and AccuTite, which are radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis: a cannula goes under the skin through a small incision, under local anaesthetic. They are minimally invasive procedures rather than treatments, and we do not offer them. If your case calls for one of those, we will tell you and refer you on. InMode’s Lumecca IPL used to be on this list and is not any more. It is now in the clinic and has its own Lumecca IPL guide.

InMode in Toronto is the umbrella term for an integrated platform of radiofrequency and laser devices from InMode Aesthetic Solutions. At Bar Beauty in downtown Toronto we are an authorized InMode clinic running five of them: Forma (RF tightening), Morpheus8 (RF microneedling), Body FX (body RF with vacuum), Diolaze XL (810 nm diode hair removal) and Lumecca (IPL for brown pigment and surface vessels). Our published InMode pricing runs from $65 for a single small hair-removal area up to $1,400 for Morpheus8 face and neck, with Forma face at $280 and Morpheus8 face at $900. Every one of those is the live figure in our booking system. Lumecca is the newest handpiece here and does not have a booking item yet, so we publish no figure for it; its pricing is confirmed at your free consultation.

What InMode actually is

InMode is a medical device company headquartered in Israel that produces an integrated aesthetic platform built around several radiofrequency-based technologies. A platform clinic can match the modality to the patient. Non-invasive RF for early laxity, RF microneedling for moderate laxity or scarring, diode laser for hair. We run the four attachments that cover those, and where a case needs something outside them we say so rather than sell around it.

The InMode attachment library, overview

Forma, non-invasive bipolar RF for face and body skin tightening

30-minute sessions, no needles, no downtime. Therapeutic temperature 42 to 43 degrees Celsius maintained by internal thermal sensors. Course of 6 to 8 for results, then quarterly maintenance. See full Forma page.

Morpheus8, RF microneedling for moderate-to-severe laxity, scars, texture

Fractional RF energy delivered through ultra-fine pins penetrating 0.5 to 4 mm into the dermis. Stronger remodeling than Forma. 2 to 3 days downtime. Safe on all Fitzpatrick skin types. See full Morpheus 8 page.

BodyFX, body RF with vacuum suction for cellulite and body contouring

Combines deep RF heating with controlled vacuum suction to address cellulite, crepey body skin, and stubborn fatty zones. Most effective on abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, and bra-line.

Diolaze XL, 810 nm diode laser for hair removal

Large spot size and contact cooling, which is what makes it quick on backs, legs and full-body bookings. Best suited to Fitzpatrick I to IV. Single areas start at $65 and full body is $650 for women and $700 for men. See the full area list on the laser hair removal page.

The attachments we do not run, and what we do instead

FaceTite, BodyTite and AccuTite are InMode’s RFAL line. They work through a cannula placed under the skin through a roughly 3 mm incision under local anaesthetic, which puts them in a different category from anything on this page. We do not offer them.

How we choose between Lumecca and the Aerolase

We run both, and they fail in different directions rather than one being better. Lumecca puts out a broad band from 515 nm upward, and the short end of that band is exactly where epidermal melanin absorbs hardest, which is what makes it quick on a brown spot in fair skin and what makes it unsafe as baseline pigmentation rises. The Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm is a single wavelength that surface melanin absorbs far less strongly, which is why it is the one that stays workable across Fitzpatrick I to VI, on tanned skin and on melasma. So Lumecca is offered on I to III, case by case at IV with a test patch, and never at V or VI, and everything outside that goes on the Aerolase. Your phototype is mapped in person before either is booked.

How InMode pricing works here

Every InMode price we publish is the live figure in our booking system, and it is the same figure on our price list. Forma face is $280. Morpheus8 is $600 for half the face, $900 for the full face, $600 for the neck, $1,000 for half face and neck, and $1,400 for face and neck together. Hair removal is priced per area. We do not negotiate at the chair and the consultation is free.

How we sequence the InMode platform for a comprehensive plan

Step 1, Forma for envelope tightening (months 1 to 3)

If there is laxity, we usually start with Forma to tighten the envelope. It primes the skin for what comes next and often cuts down the need for anything more invasive later.

Step 2, Aerolase Neo Elite for pigment and vascular (months 2 to 4)

For patients with sun damage, sunspots, or vascular concerns, Aerolase Neo Elite sessions run alongside Forma during the early months.

Step 3, Morpheus 8 for moderate-to-severe laxity or texture (months 4 to 9)

For patients needing deeper remodeling, Morpheus 8 follows Forma at a 4 to 6 week gap. Morpheus 8 sessions are spaced 6 weeks apart.

Step 4, an honest ceiling (months 6 to 12)

Non-invasive RF and RF microneedling have a limit. Where someone needs more than Forma and Morpheus8 can give, the next step is a minimally invasive or surgical procedure that we do not perform. We will say that plainly rather than sell another course that will not get there.

Step 5, Maintenance with Forma singles every 8 to 12 weeks

After the comprehensive plan, single Forma maintenance sessions keep results going.

2025 to 2026 evolution, what changed in our InMode protocols

1. Morpheus 8 depth profiles adjusted by zone

2024 protocols used a default 2 to 3 mm depth across all face zones. 2026 protocols use shallower depth (1 to 2 mm) for periorbital and forehead, deeper (3 to 4 mm) for jawline and submentum.

2. Hair removal split by phototype rather than by device preference

Diolaze XL at 810 nm handles Fitzpatrick I to IV. Fitzpatrick V and VI go on the Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm. Mixed-phototype bookings get both across the same course rather than one device forced across every area.

3. Aerolase Neo Elite as the pigment and vascular tool

Pigment, sun damage and vascular work sits on the Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm rather than on broadband light, which is what lets us treat across every Fitzpatrick type instead of stopping at III.

4. BodyFX combined with manual lymphatic drainage

BodyFX sessions now include 10 minutes of manual lymphatic drainage to enhance fat metabolite clearance.

Red flags, when to walk out of an InMode consultation

  • Clinic claims to use InMode but cannot show the device or attachments. Generic RF or microneedling devices are not InMode.
  • Single InMode treatment promised to produce dramatic result. Most InMode modalities are course-based or part of a comprehensive plan.
  • An IPL recommended for darker skin tones. Broadband light in the 500 to 600 nm range is strongly absorbed by epidermal melanin, which is why it is normally held to Fitzpatrick I to III.
  • A clinic listing every InMode attachment without owning them. Ask which devices are physically in the building and ask to see them. We run Forma, Body FX, Morpheus8, Diolaze XL and Lumecca, and we do not run the RFAL line.
  • No realistic discussion of downtime for the chosen modality. Forma is same-day. Morpheus8 is 2 to 3 days of pinpoint redness and mild swelling.
  • “Forma is the same as Morpheus 8.” They are distinct modalities with different indications and downtime profiles.
  • A price quoted before anyone has looked at your skin. Area and number of sessions change the number. Ours are published, but the plan still comes after the assessment.

Recovery profiles by modality

Forma

None. Same-day return to work.

Morpheus 8

2 to 3 days of pinpoint redness and mild swelling.

BodyFX

Mild redness and possible bruising at vacuum sites for 2 to 5 days.

Diolaze XL

Mild redness and a warm, sunburn-like feeling for a few hours. Same-day return to normal activity, no sun exposure on the treated area.

HSA, financing, and tax considerations

Health spending accounts

Most InMode procedures are cosmetic and not OHIP-covered. Some Group HSAs reimburse cosmetic skin tightening; itemized receipts available.

CRA tax considerations

Pure cosmetic InMode is not tax-deductible. Reconstructive use after illness or trauma may qualify.

Affirm financing

For larger treatment plans, Affirm financing is available so you can split the cost into monthly payments. You can review your options at consultation; checking your rate does not affect your treatment plan.

What InMode will not do

  • Replace surgical facelift or surgical body procedures for severe presentations.
  • Deliver dramatic results in a single non-invasive session.
  • Reduce significant volumes of fat in non-invasive form. BodyFX is for body contouring, not weight loss.
  • Substitute for healthy lifestyle. Exercise, sleep, and skincare compound results.
  • Work for every indication on every patient. Consultation determines the right modality.

Frequently asked questions

How much does InMode cost in Toronto in 2026?

At Bar Beauty Medical, Forma face is $280 and Morpheus8 runs $600 for half the face, $900 for the full face, $600 for the neck and $1,400 for face and neck together. Diolaze XL hair removal is priced per area, from $65 for a small area to $650 for a woman’s full body and $700 for a man’s.

How do I choose between Forma and Morpheus 8?

Forma for early laxity, no needles, no downtime. Morpheus 8 for moderate-to-severe laxity, scars, texture, with 2 to 3 days downtime.

Do you offer FaceTite, BodyTite or AccuTite?

No. Those are InMode’s RFAL procedures, performed through a cannula under the skin under local anaesthetic. We do not run them and we will refer you if that is what your case calls for.

Do you offer Lumecca?

Yes. Lumecca is InMode’s IPL and it is now in the clinic. It is offered on Fitzpatrick I to III, case by case at IV with a test patch, and it is not offered at V or VI, and we do not use it for melasma. For those cases, for tanned skin and for anyone we judge borderline, we use the Aerolase Neo Elite at 1064 nm, which is workable across every Fitzpatrick type rather than stopping at III the way broadband light does. Full detail is on the Lumecca IPL page.

Can InMode replace a surgical facelift?

For early-to-moderate laxity, often yes. For severe descent, no, a surgical lift is the appropriate option and we will say so.

How soon will I see results?

Forma: immediate firming, builds across the course. Morpheus 8: visible at 6 weeks, peak at 3 months. Diolaze XL: shedding starts about 1 to 3 weeks after each session, with reduction building across the course.

Is the InMode platform safe?

Yes when delivered by certified operators on the appropriate patient, which is what the consultation is for.

Do I need consultation before booking?

Yes, InMode treatment selection depends on individual skin assessment and goal mapping. The consultation is free.

What modalities can be combined in one session?

Forma and Morpheus8 are commonly sequenced across a plan rather than stacked in one visit. Discuss combinations at consultation.

What is the difference between Body FX and the RFAL devices?

Body FX is non-invasive RF with vacuum for cellulite and skin firming, and it is one of ours. BodyTite is minimally invasive RF lipolysis performed under the skin, and it is not.

Can I combine InMode with injectables or facials?

Yes. InMode covers skin and body structure; injectables cover volume and dynamic lines; facials cover surface quality. Comprehensive plans usually combine all three.

Authorized InMode clinic, what that means

Authorized InMode clinics undergo certification on each attachment they run and maintain documented training records for staff. It means certification on the attachments in the building, and it does not mean a clinic owns every device InMode sells. Ours are Forma, Body FX, Morpheus8 and Diolaze XL.

Detailed device technology, how each InMode attachment works

Forma, bipolar RF physics

Forma uses two electrodes embedded in the handpiece. Current flows between them through the skin, generating resistive heat in the dermis. The bipolar configuration means the energy stays superficial enough to remodel the upper-mid dermis without affecting deeper structures. Internal sensors measure skin temperature 30 times per second and modulate power to hold the therapeutic 42 to 43 degrees Celsius.

Morpheus 8, fractional RF microneedling

Morpheus 8 delivers RF energy through 24 or 40 ultra-fine needles that penetrate to a programmable depth (0.5 to 4 mm). Energy is released from the needle tip after penetration, creating columns of thermal damage in the dermis while sparing the surrounding tissue. Because the pattern is fractional, healing is quick and downtime stays lower than non-fractional resurfacing.

Diolaze XL, 810 nm diode

An 810 nm diode beam is absorbed by the melanin in the hair shaft and follicle, and the heat destroys the follicle’s ability to regrow. Contact cooling on the sapphire tip holds the epidermis down while the energy goes in, and a large spot size means fewer passes across a big area. 810 nm is well absorbed by epidermal melanin as well as hair melanin, which is why it suits Fitzpatrick I to IV and why darker tones go on 1064 nm instead.

BodyFX, RF plus vacuum suction

BodyFX combines deep RF heating with controlled negative-pressure vacuum suction. The vacuum lifts a fold of tissue between two electrodes, allowing deeper energy penetration into subcutaneous fat. The combination targets both crepey skin and stubborn fat zones simultaneously.

Realistic outcomes by patient profile

Patient under 45 with early laxity

Forma course plus quarterly maintenance is usually sufficient.

Patient 45 to 55 with moderate laxity

Forma, then a Morpheus 8 course, gives a marked improvement over six to nine months.

Patient 55 plus with moderate-to-severe laxity

Morpheus 8 is the strongest tool we have for this. Where it is not enough, the next step is a procedure we do not perform, and we will say so at the consult rather than sell another course.

Patient with significant post-weight-loss skin laxity

Body FX and Forma can firm the surface. Significant skin redundancy after major weight loss is a surgical problem, and we refer for it.
