We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For larger treatment packages such as thread lifts or BodyTite, ask us about installment options at your consultation.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide detailed receipts that can be submitted to your extended health plan for reimbursement. For Medical Botox treatments (TMJ, hyperhidrosis, chronic migraines), receipts include the DIN (Drug Identification Number) and diagnosis code your insurance provider will typically request. Confirm coverage details with your insurance company before your appointment.
Absolutely. All injectables are sourced directly from licensed Canadian suppliers (Allergan, Galderma, Merz). Skincare is sourced from authorized retailers (SkinCeuticals, NOON Aesthetics, Procell). We are happy to show product packaging at your appointment.
Specific pre and post-care instructions vary by treatment, but in general: avoid blood thinners and alcohol for 24-48 hours before injectables, and avoid sun, heat, and intense exercise for 24-48 hours after. Your provider will give you a detailed care sheet at your appointment.
